ROSVELL Return Policy

Dear Customer

As ROSVELL, we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can make returns and refunds within the framework of the following policy.

Return Policy:

When you want to return the products for any reason, the first thing you need to do  unused product within 24 hours, you must notify us of your return request via instagram. 

Size changes are available.

After creating your order, it cannot be returned or exchanged until it is delivered to you.

You can only return unused products. Used products cannot be returned, only exchanged for a different size or a different product.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour after the order is placed.


Returns of products that require hygienic conditions such as cosmetics, underwear, shoes, socks are not accepted.

After notifying us of your return request via instagram, you will be returned by ROSVELL within 2 working days. Return requests sent via e-mail cannot be returned, please contact us only via instagram.

You must send the product unused in its original packaging. You can send the products back to us with our contracted mng cargo company. The return address will be shared with you following your return request, returns to the wrong address cannot be accepted.

Within 14 days after the products reach us, the return is made by the way you paid.

When we receive your return, the condition of the product will be checked. If it meets the conditions, the return process will be initiated.



Note: Round Trip Shipping Costs and Customs Fees are paid by the Buyer. Only the product price is returned to the buyer. Per product (12 AUD) is deducted with current costs. The shipping fee for returns belongs to the customer. This fee does not apply to orders sent from Australia

Important: For custom made products, the remaining amount is refunded by calculating the labour and fabric fee.

General Return Conditions

Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging is broken, missing, damaged and lost its reusability are not accepted.

Please note We kindly ask you to return your products in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions in order for the return process to be carried out quickly and smoothly.
