Our Story
It all started many years ago in a small sewing room. Far away from the noisy world, there was a young girl sitting at her mother's old sewing machine. She loved fabrics. The silks flowing like emotions at her fingertips softened her heart when she touched them. Every dress was a dream for her. Each stitch was a piece of her inner world.
That girl grew up, the city changed. But her dreams continued to grow.
In time, she realised that what touches a woman's soul is not just fashion, but the noblest form of self-expression. With this understanding, Rosvell was born - much more than a brand, a story, a soul, a memory...
Rosvell takes its name from the founder's fascination with the concept of elegance. Ros means "rose" in Latin. Because every woman is as fragile as a rose but at the same time as strong as a thorn. "Vell", inspired from French, symbolises the "softness of touch" that a woman feels with a dress. That's why Rosvell touches the skin like a poem reflecting the inner world of a woman with every piece.
Our first collection consisted of only 12 pieces. Each one was individually hand-sewn. When we received our first order, we celebrated with a box of chocolates; because for us, the greatest victory was for a woman to feel beautiful. Today, even though we have thousands of customers, we still carry that first excitement, that first sewing in our hearts.
Rosvell is inspired by the elegance of London, carries the romance of Paris and reflects the texture of Istanbul. We blend the past and the future in every collection. We combine vintage silhouettes with modern cuts and offer each woman pieces that bring her own time to life.
But the real difference of Rosvell is the feeling that starts with a dress.
The light in the eyes of a woman who looks carefully at herself in the mirror for the first time in a long time...
Self-confidence that has been silenced for years but starts to speak again thanks to a dress...
And maybe a brand new life that starts with a dress that has never been worn...
For us, every woman is the lead of her own story. Rosvell only offers her the stage.
Because we believe:
When a woman wears what suits her, the world starts to revolve around her.
