RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At ROSVELL, we strive to offer high-quality products and a premium shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with European regulations.

 


 

 

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 


In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return without needing to provide a reason.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

 


For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

 

  • Unused

  • With original tags intact

  • With the hygienic protector (on bikinis and swimsuits) not removed

  • In its original packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of washing

 


ROSVELL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

 

3. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

 


Returns will not be accepted for:

 

  • Personalized products

  • Custom-made items

  • Products with the hygienic seal removed

  • Used or damaged items

 


Promotional products may be returned unless explicitly stated otherwise in accordance with current law.

 


 

 

4. RETURN COSTS

 


Unless the product has a manufacturing defect:

 

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • ROSVELL will only refund the product's value.

 


In case of a defective product or shipping error, ROSVELL will cover the corresponding costs.

 


 

 

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

 


If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.


ROSVELL may request photographs to verify the issue.

 


 

 

6. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

 


If an order is returned by the shipping company due to:

 

  • Incorrect address

  • Repeated absence

  • Failure to collect the package

 


ROSVELL may deduct logistical costs from the amount to be refunded.

 


 

 

7. REFUND PROCESS

 


Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse:

 

  • The refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • The amount will be returned using the same payment method

 


The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the banking institution (up to 10 business days).

 


 

 

8. RETURN ADDRESS

 


Returns must be sent exclusively to the address provided by ROSVELL after the request has been approved.


Returns sent to unauthorized addresses will not be accepted.
